On-site Service
Our customer support department, made up of excellent technical staff, is always ready to respond to your urgent maintenance or A/S demands.
For our overseas sales, our independent overseas after-sales support team is supposed to perform the task immediately everywhere overseas.
We have holidays on weekends, Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
Spare Parts
Essential standard spare parts in need of urgent need are stocked by us for our customers.
Standard parts can be shipped immediately, and other manufactured parts have different manufacturing periods depending on the type of parts.
Our manual provides all machine assembly drawings and parts list together.
Therefore, our customers only need to provide us with the machine number and part number.
Education and Training
We provide technical training for our customers' technicians during assembly and commissioning of contracted facilities on our site.
In addition, during installation and commissioning at the buyer's site, we provide training on operation, maintenance, and emergency measures from our experienced technicians.
Manual
Operation and maintenance manuals are delivered to the customer upon installation or shipment of the machine.
The manual is composed of safety, installation, operation, main operation functions, maintenance, assembly parts list, electrical drawings, load figures, and manuals for purchased products (electric motors, valves, gearboxes, etc.).
